Resumo

The Crown of Aragon understood as a group of territories under the jurisdiction of the King of Aragon from 1164 to 1707, generated a series of institutions and organisations, some representative of the king and others of the kingdom. The present work is a study of these political institutions fundamentally in the times of Habsburgo Family, although mentions medieval precedents. The Study includes an updated synthesis that tries to approach an historical overview without forgetting the own peculiarities of every kingdom and territory. Also includes the comprehension of diverse concepts so much juridical as politicians and the analysis of the development of the royal absolutism. Actually, It’s a deep study trying to penetrate in the own identity of every country and territory.
