La iglesia parroquial de Puebla de Arenoso a la luz de las visitas pastorales (Siglos XVI-XVIII)

Resumo

Information is gathered from the multiple and varied data contained in the books on Pastoral Visits, referring to the construction of the local church (in the second half of the 16th century), other information concerned with completion and maintenance (during the 17th and 18th centuries) and data related to alters, sanctuaries, ornamental objects, etc.. At times, we try to supply chronological data and references of interest to art students, also material is analysed which may serve as an approximation in studies of popular devotion.
