Abstract




This paper analyses the political behaviour of the National Action Party (PAN for its initials in Spanish) in the period from the creation of the Pacto por México in 2013 to the 2018 general elections. The aim is to show how the role that this party played in recent years inside the Mexican party system influenced the political context that led PAN to electoral defeat.
