Information for reviewers
The function developed by the external evaluators of the Millars magazine. Espai i Història is essential to offer the maximum guarantees of excellence for this publication. The blind review based on the quality of the contents of the proposed texts, and carried out by experts of recognized prestige in each of the disciplines of interest to the journal, is the essential guarantee to preserve an original and valuable scientific production that result in the advancement of knowledge.
The reviews for Millars. Espai i Història are carried out in double-blind pairs in order to guarantee the anonymity of the proposed texts, using the Open Journal System (OJS) Platform. At least two reports from national or international specialists are made for each proposed article received. This system also allows the authors to have objective reports on the strengths and weaknesses of their texts.

Reviewer functions
The reviewer must offer a critical and constructive reading of the text proposed for evaluation in order to provide the Editorial Board with clear guidance in order to assess the scientific interest of the proposed text and its adaptation to the Millars standards. Espai i Història, essential aspects for the acceptance of the text for publication while maintaining the required levels of excellence.
If the text submitted for review could be considered a plagiarism of other scientific works, the reviewer must notify the Editorial Board.
General criteria to accept/reject the revision proposal
Agree to evaluate a proposed text for Millars. Espai i Història implies being familiar with the subject of the article proposed for review that allows an adequate understanding of its content and being available to produce the report in the required time with attentive dedication. The reviewers must proceed with strict confidentiality in their work and in the event that they observe a conflict of interest due to proximity or hostility when identifying the author for any reason (even when their names have been removed from the text to be evaluated) must be communicated to the Editorial Board.
General Criteria for Review
Make a report for Millars. Espai i Història involves carrying out a global evaluation of the text submitted for review according to the scientific criteria of excellence, indicating to the Editorial Board the suitability or otherwise of its publication. The interest and relevance of the topic should be taken into account, if the problem and the objectives are clearly exposed, if the bibliography and references are adequate, if the proposed method of analysis conforms to the scientific criteria of the discipline, if the content is organized in a coherent way, if the writing of the text is correct and understandable and if the title, abstract and keywords are appropriate.
For this, a form will be made available to the reviewers within the OJS platform that they can fill in according to the indications set forth or, where appropriate, they may choose to attach a file with the report made.
The reviewer must finally indicate if they consider that the proposed text is: Publishable (suitable for publication in its current form), Requires revision (the changes required are minor and the Editorial Board will verify that the recommended changes were made ), Reassessable (acceptable for publication provided significant changes are made and further review is required), Unpublishable (not suitable for publication).
