Estan d'acord els agents top-down i bottom en la internacionalització? Un estudi de mètodes mixtos de les universitats espanyoles

Resum
Aquest article analitza la implementació de la internacionalització i els seus efectes al sistema universitari espanyol des d'un enfocament de mètodes mixtos que combina tècniques de lingüística de corpus i entrevistes. Els resultats mostren que les polítiques de les universitats espanyoles s'emmarquen en l'estratègia nacional i es basen en l'ús complementari d'estratègies “a l'estranger” i “a casa” per a la recerca i l'educació, principalment a través de la mobilitat, col·laboració i educació en anglès. També s'identifica una valoració positiva de la internacionalització per part de tots els stakeholders que en destaquen els beneficis per a la societat i els individus. Tot i això, algunes veus crítiques assenyalen els desajustos entre les polítiques institucionals i les experiències de les parts interessades, qüestionant l'existència de suficients recursos i la manca de reconeixement i incentius. L'article conclou que la internacionalització transversal i efectiva ha d'incloure plans d'internacionalització escrits, estratègies de comunicació i un model d'internacionalització clarament definit i adaptat a les particularitats de les universitats.
