Resum

L'objectiu d'aquest article és contribuir al debat sobre les convergències entre els estudis sobre l'afecte (affect studies) i l'ecocrítica, especialment en els vessants neomaterialistes, centrant-se en la seva aplicabilitat a l'estudi de la poesia. Partint del pensament de Jane Bennett, l'article planteja preguntes sobre el potencial de la poesia per imaginar mons més enllà de l'antropocèntric, generant una atenció (attentiveness) cap a allò no-humà, tal com es teoritza en els nous materialismes. La teorització de l'afecte i de la matèria vibrant, així com el model d'influx-and-efflux de Bennett, poden ser pensats de manera fructífera en relació amb allò que l'escriptora i teòrica Julia Fiedorczuk anomena “ecopoètica”. Explorant tant el pensament ecocrític com la pràctica poètica de Fiedorczuk, aquest article conceptualitza l'ecopoètica com una manera d'induir «una obertura estètic-afectiva cap a la vitalitat material» (Bennett, 2010: x) i planteja preguntes sobre com escriure el «jo» al món de la matèria vibrant.
