Abstract
L’obra poètica de Josep Palau i Fabre presenta moltes concomitàncies amb la de Carl Gustav Jung. En aquest escrit tractem d’explorar les nocions que els dos autors mostren sobre el concepte d’individuació, l’ombra, l’ús metafòric de l’alquímia, l’inconscient col·lectiu, la idea d’anima i d’animus, i al voltant del coneixement autèntic.
Paraules clau: individuació, alquímia, hermafrodita, l’ombra (segons Jung), elements arcaics en el subjecte, el doble, la pedra filosofal, la metamorfosi.
