Abstract

The interview with this neighborhood leader reviews issues relevant to local democracy, such as the relationship between the representatives elected by the neighborhood and the neighborhood itself, the thematic and temporary platforms for civic participation, and their relationships with classic organizations, such as political parties or neighbors associations as well as with the local administration to provide practices of deliberative democracy.
