Habermas y la religión, algunas consideraciones

Abstract

The paper presents some considerations on the religious perspective in Habermas. It does not deal with the substitution of the «ethics» of each religion; it is not a mixture of faiths, dogmas or rites. It is a "basic agreement" able to guarantee a consensus, without which it is impossible to develop everything that is common to all religions: their ethical values and basic moral convictions. In other words, Habermas appeals to all, believers and non-believers, to overcome their differences from one starting point: an ethical consensus and subsequent praxis.
