Comunicació jurídica en entorns internacionals: qüestions culturals interlingüïstiques en la comunicació jurídica croata en contextos professionals

Resum
Aquest estudi explora els reptes als quals s'enfronten els professionals del dret croat en la comunicació jurídica internacional, centrant-se en l'ús de llengües jurídiques estrangeres, especialment l'anglès. A mesura que la globalització augmenta les interaccions legals transfrontereres, els advocats, els jutges, els notaris i l'assessorament corporatiu estan obligats a comunicar-se a través dels sistemes legals i les cultures. A través d'entrevistes amb 16 professionals, la investigació identifica dificultats clau, incloent desajustos conceptuals i terminològics, termes legals lligats al sistema i procediments legals divergents. Mentre que la majoria dels participants participen activament en el treball legal multilingüe, molts manquen de formació formal en llenguatge legal i es basen en estratègies personals com la recerca en línia, la consulta entre iguals i la documentació bilingüe. L'estudi posa de manifest una forta necessitat de formació especialitzada en llengües jurídiques estrangeres, dret comparat i redacció, especialment en àmbits com el contracte i el dret de societats. Conclou que la millora de la competència intercultural i lingüística és essencial per millorar l'exactitud de la comunicació i la seguretat jurídica en contextos internacionals.
