La anticipación en la búsqueda de una innovación responsable: gradientes de radicalidad ético-política

Resumen
La anticipación ha emergido en las dos últimas décadas como una herramienta fundamental para una diversidad de marcos normativos que pretenden promover una gobernanza de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación más socio-políticamente responsable. Sin embargo, la teorización y la reflexión sobre el significado y alcance de la anticipación ha tenido una cobertura mucho menor que su invocación. El presente artículo tiene como principal objetivo avanzar en el tratamiento teórico-conceptual de la anticipación. Por un lado, se fundamenta la existencia de una correlación entre las formas de pensar/utilizar el futuro y los ámbitos de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación que son considerados objeto de problematización ético-política. Por otro lado, el artículo evalúa cada una de estas formas de articular anticipatoriamente la responsabilidad en virtud de su respectiva radicalidad ético-política.
